The U.S. Multi-Society Task Force on Colorectal Cancer has issued recommendations on colorectal polyp resection. Among the recommendations, cold snare is preferred for lesions sized <10 mm, cold forceps are acceptable for lesions <=2 mm if cold snare is technically difficult, and EMR is preferred for nonpedunculated lesions >=20 mm.
